Level Two Chimney Newark can assist customers in understanding how to pursue a manufacturer warranty claim where reasonably possible.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of NJ, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by Level Two Chimney Newark shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in NJ. Both the company and the customer agree to submit to that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
Severability
If any individual provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the overall intent of these terms will be preserved to the greatest extent possible.
