Level 1 sweep and inspection to the NFPA 211 annual standard - flue, crown, cap, and flashing checked and photographed
Chimney sweep logs do not sweep chimneys. They loosen some creosote - which then falls where a brush and vacuum still have to collect it.
The Level Two Chimney Newark Guarantee
Every chimney we touch in Newark gets the same commitment: the work is done right, priced in writing before we start, and documented with photos when we finish. If it isn’t right, we make it right. That’s the 365-Day Done Right Promise, stamped on every job under the Haven Standard, and it has been the operating rule at Level Two Chimney Newark since 2009. No exceptions for busy season, no fine print about “normal wear.” One standard, every address. Corrine Halstead owns this shop, and she signs her name to that promise on every work order we leave behind.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship on every service we perform. If a chimney cleaning, repair, cap installation, or liner job we completed doesn’t hold up because of how we did the work, we return and fix it at no charge within the promise period.
- Parts and materials we supply. We source from DuraFlex, HeatShield, Gelco, Olympia Chimney, Famco, and Copperfield through Haven’s buying network, and if a part we installed fails, we handle the replacement and the labor to put it right.
- Cleanup and job-site condition. We sweep, we vacuum, we cover the hearth, and we leave your home looking like we found it. If we didn’t, call us and we’ll come back. Clause 4 of the Haven Standard requires a documented photo record on every job, and that includes the condition we left things in.
- On-time arrival, or a call ahead. You get a named technician, a text when they’re on the way, and a live person on the phone if plans change. If we’re late without telling you, we’ll say so plainly and offer to rebook at your convenience.
- Honest written pricing before the work starts. A written price, written scope, and written warranty are delivered before anyone begins, not after the tech is already in your home. That’s Haven Standard Clause 1, and it means the number on your quote is the number you pay.
Our Satisfaction Promise

Here’s how it works if something isn’t right. Call (862) 245-4309 and tell us what you’re seeing. A live person answers, 24/7, not a voicemail. We schedule a return visit at no charge, and we bring the same camera-scan equipment and documentation standard we used on the original job. Corrine Halstead reviews the file personally before we send a tech back out. If the issue falls under the 365-Day Done Right Promise, we fix it and document the fix with the same photo record you received the first time. If we find the issue is unrelated to our work, we show you exactly what we found on camera and give you a written price to address it. Either way, you’re not guessing, you’re not waiting on a call back, and you’re never billed for a second opinion on our own work. That’s what the guarantee means when we say we stand behind it.

AfterLicensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee is only as strong as the company standing behind it, and Level Two Chimney Newark is state-licensed, insured, and bonded. Our license information is displayed on every page and our technicians arrive background-checked, uniformed, and with a named assignment you’ll see before we come. What that means for a Newark homeowner is simple: you’re not hiring a pickup truck and a ladder from a marketplace listing. You’re hiring an independently owned and operated business with a recorded address, a real owner, and a commercial insurance policy that protects your property while we’re working on it. If something goes wrong, there’s a process and a company to answer for it. That’s the difference between a warranty that’s printed on a flyer and one you can actually collect on.
